Thank you for choosing to exhibit at the 2025 Coconut Grove Jewelry & Watch Show, the largest trade-only event serving the antique, vintage and estate jewelry and watch marketplace.

Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site.

Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 15% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by June 14, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee
  • 55% of the total booth space fee is due by June 15, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 55% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by August 15, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2025 Coconut Grove Jewelry & Watch Show." 

The initial booth deposit fee must be made using a credit card, ACH, or check payment.  If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or electronic check, please email Andrea Canady at andrea.canady@emeraldx.com.
