Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our online contract site.

Booth Payment Schedule:

  • 33% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by September 15, 2024 , whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee

  • 50% of the total booth space fee is due by September 16, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

  • 100% of the total booth space is due by February 16, 2025 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "2025 Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show." 

The initial booth deposit fee must be made using a credit card, ACH, or check payment.  If you are unable to make your deposit using a credit card or electronic check, please email Katie Day at katie.day@usantiqueshows.com or Andrea Canady at andrea.canady@emeraldx.com
